- The sterility assurance information available for each client was not sufficient to ensure sterility of the pre-sterile needle cartridges used in the facility for providing microneedling services.The operator was advised to acquire pre-sterile needle cartridges with proper lot numbers, expiry dates and manufacturer's information or the method used for sterilization of the needles.

- - Disinfection records were not available. Ensure records are kept of: test dates, whether the solution passed/failed, when the disinfectant was changed and the worker’s initials who performed the activity.
