- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One kitchen cooler was half-plugged into the wall, resulting in a high temperature in the cooler (12 degrees Celsius). Cooler temperature went unoticed by staff, as staff are not recording temperatures of coolers/freezers daily. Cooler was plugged in and temperature quickly reduced to </= 4C. In the future: When temperature is greater than 4C for more than 2 hours, as a corrective action, all foods must be DISCARDED due to the possibility of pathogen growth.
