- Dishwashing machine was broken. Washing dishes in 2 compartment sink manually. In order to use manual dishwashing option, 3 compartment sink is required. Option discussed onsite and manager will either provide large bin to use it as 3rd sink for sanitizing dishes or single use plates and utensils will be used for serving foods.This is a temporary option only.Dishwasher must be repaired as soon as possible.
