- Test strips for the facility were not observed during the inspection. Test strips should be available for checking sanitizer solutions. Examples will be provided to the operator by email.Test strips are needed for testing surface sanitizer and the dishwasher sanitizer.
- 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
- The fan located above the dish drying area requires cleaning to remove dust build up. Clean-as-you-go practices observed in the main areas of the kitchen (satisfactory). Kitchen staff were cleaning up (sweeping) during the inspection.

- Unlabeled chemical bottles found under kitchen sink. One bottle found to contain bleach and one was quat solution. Bottles labeled during inspection by staff.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- A single spider was noted in a large food storage bin. No food was stored in the bin at the time. Facility staff removed spider and cleaned and sanitized bin as soon as it was discovered. No other evidence of pests noted during inspection.
