- A mechanical glass dishwasher using a chlorine sanitizer is required to meet the following perameters:100ppm. Dishwasher requires maintenance to ensure proper chemical sanitizing. Manual sanitizing of glassware is required until the dishwasher fixed.

- In accordance with Section 2.14 of the NS Food Retail and Food Services Code, you must provide at least one hand washing station in each food preparation area. The hand wash station must always be accessible for the use of workers at all times and not be used for purposes other than handwashing.

- 19(2)(b) A food establishment must provide all of the following in accordance with applicable legislation or as considered acceptable by the Administrator:
(b) adequately designed and appropriately located hand-washing facilities;
- No paper towel dispenser available at the bar hand wash sink. Install a paper towel dispenser at the bar hand wash sink. Paper towel stored in or on a dispenser protects it from contamination and facilitates proper hand washing practices.
- 29(2)(a) A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done:
(a) the food establishment and equipment are maintained, cleaned and sanitized;
- Incorrect chemical bottles observed at the glass washer in the bar. Contact service technician to hook up correct chemicals for washing and sanitizing.
- 9(a) An operator must renew a permit, other than a temporary permit, on or before the expiry date by submitting a completed renewal application to the Minister on a form approved by the Administrator together with all of the following:
(a) the applicable fee prescribed in Section 5;
- Food establishment permit expired June 7, 2023. Renew permit within the next 5 business days.
- 19(2)(b) A food establishment must provide all of the following in accordance with applicable legislation or as considered acceptable by the Administrator:
