    • 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No water flow to the handwashing sink by the cookline.
      • Operator turned off the water due to leaking.
      • Other handwashing station fully equipped.
      • Corrective Action(s): All the handwashing stations must be fully equipped and working when food handling/service is happening.
      • Please have a plumber come fix the leak. Turning off the water when facility is closed is okay. When facility is open water must be available for that sink.

    • 209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
      • Observation: 1. Ice machine observed to have mold/middew growth.
      • 2. Samosas observed not covered in cooler/freezer. (Corrected during inspection.)
      • 3. Mop head observed hanging in the two compartment sink by the dishpit area. (Corrected during inspection). Operator stated they empty dirty mop water outside.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1. Please empty out the ice, clean, and sanitize the ice machine. To be corrected by: Nov 1, 2023
      • 2. Food that is not in active use must be covered when stored.
      • 3. Please store mop separate from where dishes are being washed. Please dump dirty mop water down the toilet.
