- Manufacturer's instructions indicate that for sanitizing at 200 ppm QUATS, 2 ml of the product should be mixed with 1 L of water.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure that only 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp of the solution is mixed with 1 spray bottle worth of water for proper dilution.

- Corrective Action(s): Contact professional pest control services to have the facility serviced. Suggested switching to servicing every 2 weeks for at least 3 servicings to eliminate the pest infestation.
