- 10. Is cleansing and antisepsis of skin and mucous membrane performed in accordance to written procedures and are suitable products being used?
- Deodorant observed in the cabinet at one tattooing station. If used for stencils, it must not be used for multiple clients (can not be disinfected) AND may irritate the skin prior to tattooing creating a higher risk of infection. Please clarify how deodorant is being used.
- 12. Are personal services workers at the facility maintaining client records and where applicable, sterility documentation corresponding to that client?
- Box noted with client records of one artist for past month- good. Two additional cardboard boxes noted on top of cabinet (unsecured). Please clarify where all client records are stored and whether this is completed by each artist. Storage should be in a secure location.
