      • - Replace the bowls to scoops with handles to prevent contamination of food.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Approximately 20 bags of Otsukemono Pickled Cucumbers were stored in the broken cooler at the front. The internal temperature of several bags of pickles were 15- 16 degrees Celsius and the packages stated "Perishable" and "Keep Refrigerated" on them.
      • Corrective Action(s): All 20 bags were opened and discarded in the back organic waste container.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cooked eggs and raw prepped breaded pork cutlets (four large containers) stored at room temperature for indefinite periods of time. It was well after lunch and well before dinner.
      • CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - items returned to cooler unit.

      • Corrective Action(s): Do not leave potentially hazardous food items out at room temperature for indefinite periods of time. Once prepped for meal service these items are to be returned to cooler units until such time as they are to be cooked.

Facility has not provided testing strips for the new sanitizer for staff to use.
