      • A container of Purell antiseptic wipes were observed in the meat department. These were discarded during the inspection. An approved food safe sanitizer must be used for surfaces and equipment. Hands must be washed with soap and paper towel. Ensure purell wipes are not used for surfaces or hands.

      • Tap at three compartment sink in deli was leaking. A ticket for repair was entered during inspection. Ensure tap is repaired.

      • There were several gaps in deli flooring. Please repair so that flooring is smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean. Bakery flooring and meat department flooring were showing signs of wear. Consider repairing.
