      • Deli:Self-serving hot holding unit:Flings @ 47.9 degrees C Chicken strips @ 57.0 degrees C. Samosas @ 49.9 degrees C.Discarded the flings and samosas.Monitor the hot holding unit and store all hot perishable foods at 60 degrees C or higher.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Bakery:There is no method available to verify the pot washer meets sanitizing temperature of 71 degrees C or higher. Provide a thermometer or 71 degrees C thermos stickers.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Produce, Bakery, Meat and Deli departments:Black flies were found in these departments. Remove black flies and check to make sure the fly lights are turned on.

      • Deli:Walk-in cooler light was dim. Increase light level.

      • Deli-Oven next to t deep fryers were leaking. White substance build-up underneath the oven. Fix the oven and clean underneath oven.
