- Table in between fryer and cook top was in disrepair. Replace or refinish to ensure that all surfaces are smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean.

- Chest freezer lid was in disrepair. Repair so that there is no exposed foam and so that lid can close tightly.

- Cleaning cloths were observed on counter and did not have chlorine residual detected. Ensure cloths are stored in sanitizer solution between uses. Cloths were placed into sanitizer bucket during inspection.
- 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
- One bucket being used to store sauce in walk in cooler was non-food grade. Ensure all containers used to store food are food grade.
- 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- Sprouts were stored in water at room temperature. These were placed into cooler during the inspection. Ensure bean sprouts are stored under temperature control as they are considered high risk.

- There was a gap in corner of back exterior door. Repair weatherstripping so there are no gaps.*June 22, 2026 - Operator had made some repairs since previous inspection and had weatherstripping onsite ready to be installed. Ensure weather stripping is installed so door closes tightly.
