- Raw meat and seafood were placed at top shelf in the fridge for thawing, causing water dripping to raw food items on the lower shelves. The operator took them to the bottom shelf.

- No thermometer was present in the big fridge in the back. Please ensure a thermometer is available inside all coolers.
