      • Observed open box of sugar cubes contaminated by ants.
      • Operator immediately disposed of sugar cubes. Going forward, sugar will be stored in a sealed container, or not stored onsite. Comments Routine inspection conducted. All protective temperatures met health requirements at time of inspection. Handwashing station fully stocked; potable water supplied from Lyall Harbour/Boot Cove Drinking Water System. High temperature mechanical dishwasher measured >71°C. Chlorine bleach solution available for surface sanitizing; 200 ppm. Overall, facility clean and well maintained. Routine pest control in place.
