- Staff was unaware and/or did not know how to make chlorine sanitizer solution.Correction:-Chlorine sanitizer was made and labelled in spray bottle during the inspection.-Education provided to have chlorine sanitizer available to sanitize surfaces and equipment.

- At the time of inspection, the temperature inside the QBD fridge in the office area was measured to be at 10*C.The thermometer inside the fridge was observed to be at 10*C.Fridge is being used to store dairy products.Correction:-Monitor the temperature inside the fridge.-Ensure the fridge can maintain temperature at or below 4*C.
