      • Staff was unaware and/or did not know how to make chlorine sanitizer solution.Correction:-Chlorine sanitizer was made and labelled in spray bottle during the inspection.-Education provided to have chlorine sanitizer available to sanitize surfaces and equipment.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • At the time of inspection, the temperature inside the QBD fridge in the office area was measured to be at 10*C.The thermometer inside the fridge was observed to be at 10*C.Fridge is being used to store dairy products.Correction:-Monitor the temperature inside the fridge.-Ensure the fridge can maintain temperature at or below 4*C.

      • The cooler (below the coffee machine) door is falling off the hinges.

      • The refrigerator in the back office, and the display cooler at the front are both operating at >4C.

      • The facility has a two-compartment sink and a high temperature mechanical dishwasher that IS NOT working adequately.**The facility is currently limited to using DISPOSBALE utensils ONLY.

      • The cooler (below the coffee machine) door is falling off the hinges.
