      • Single used gloves are being reused. A dirty pair of used gloves was left on a countertop in the front service area.The used glove was immediately discarded during inspection. Review proper glove usage with all staff.- Single used gloves must be discarded after use.- Staff must wash their hands before putting on gloves and after removing gloves. Glove use is not a substitute for hand washing.
