- Creamers that were stored above the fill line of refrigerated inserts measured 12C.Creamers above the fill line were discarded.Store perishable foods at 4C or less under refrigeration.

- The wall mounted soap dispenser in the customer washroom was not operational. The push button was jammed.The soap dispenser was repaired during the inspection.

- The hand sink in the staff washroom had no hot running water. The faucet was repaired with tape.Do not use the staff washroom until the hand sink is repaired and has cold and hot running water at sufficient pressure. The manager will post a sign to notify all staff members.

- 1) The weatherstripping on the back door was damaged, revealing a gap on the bottom perimeter.Replace the weatherstripping and ensure gaps do not exist to prevent the entry of pest.2) Mouse droppings were observed along the walls in the back food storage area.Remove mouse droppings safely and disinfect contaminated areas. Seal all possible pest entry points and continue to monitor for signs of pest activity.

- The food establishment was operating without a valid food handling permit since July 2023.Alberta Health Services must be notified prior to an ownership change.

- 1) There was a hole in the wall under the hand sink located at the beverage station.2) There was a hole in the floor under electrical panels.Seal holes and repair surfaces to a smooth and washable finish.
- 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
- The toilet in the staff washroom was dirty with traces of human waste.Clean the toilet.
