     • Corrective Action(s): Operator had shut the hot water line off due to a leaky tap. Hot water tap was turned back on and the leak was reduced by closing the faucet tap tightly. Operator stated the technician has been contacted and will be on site this evening.

     • Observation: Hot water tap has a minor leak at the faucet.
     • Corrective Action(s): Repair hot water tap to stop leaking from faucet. Operator stated the technician will be on site this evening to repair the leak.
