    • 18. NO EVIDENCE OF RODENT OR INSECT OUTER OPENINGS PROTECTED/RODENT PROOFED, A WRITTEN LOG SHALL BE MAINTAINED AVAILABLE TO THE INSPECTORS
      • Pest control log book not maintained and outer openings not rodent proofed. Establishment is not being serviced by licensed pest control company. Instructed to have a licensed pest control company services premises and provided log book with all required documents. Front door has 1/2 inch gap across bottom of door. Instructed to rodent proof to prevent insect and rodent entry. Serious citation issued 7-38-020.
