      • - Chopped onions and sauerkraut were being stored at room temperatures
      • - Items were moved to a fridge below 4°celsius and ensure that like chopped onions and sauerkraut stay below 4elsius or do not exceed 2 hours out in room temperature. Comments General Comments - Hand sink was stocked with soap, hot water and paper towel. - Cooler and fridge was maintained below 4°celsius and -18°celsius. Ensure to log temperatures on logs regularly and keep them available onsite for review. - Bleach solution was tested at 100 parts per million. - hot held hotdogs were above 60°celsius, - Premises was maintained in sanitary condition.
