The test strips being used to verify the strength of re-used high-level disinfectant were not correct to the product being used.Acquire new high-level disinfectant. Acquire test strips suitable for verifying high-level disinfectant in use. Ensure that high-level disinfectant is replaced 14 days after initial use, per disinfectant manufacturer's instructions for use.

Please locate a container that is large enough so equipment can lay flat and be fully submerged for adequate disinfection. 2. Ensure Barbicide is topped up, so hair tools are fully immersed in disinfectant.
