    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Mouse droppings observed in the NE corner between a pallet and the wall, and throughout the facility. Pest control is in place, and a licensed pest control operator visits routinely. Operator committed to calling the pest control operator, and discussed cleaning and sanitizing the contaminated areas.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Some of the shelves are made from raw wood. Please ensure that shelving surfaces are non-absorbent, smooth, and easily cleanable.
