- - There is a three compartment sink and a low temperature dishwasher. ***0ppm chlorine residual was measured in the final rinse of the dishwasher.ACTION REQUIRED1) Repair the dishwasher and ensure that it is capable of dispensing 100ppm chlorine residual in the final rinse.July 04, 2024: 0ppm chlorine sanitizer solution was measured from the dishwasher after the sanitizing cycle. Please ensure the dishwasher is capable of dispensing 100ppm chlorine residual after the sanitizing cycle. It appeared the concentration of the sanitizer in the bucket had depreciated. If the sanitizer bucket is replaced and 100ppn chlorine residual is not achieved, please contact your service technician.

- 1. A light fixture above the food preparation/dishwashing area was missing a protective cover. Please replace the missing cover to prevent food contamination in an event of breakage.2. The paint/coating for the ceiling area above the dishwashing area was peeling off. Please repair/refinish this area.
