      • The program was using bingo dabbers that were meant for adult use only and were not marked as non-toxic. Ensure all arts and crafts supplies used for children are non-toxic.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • The test strips for verifying the disinfectant concentration were expired and needed to be replaced.Ensure you have valid test strips so the disinfectant solution can be regularly tested to verify it is at an adequate concentration for disinfection.
