    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • A food safe sanitizer is not available. Obtain an approved sanitizer, such as bleach or quaternary ammonium solution. An information sheet providing instructions on how to mix an approved sanitizer will be provided with this report.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Sanitizer test strips could not be found. Obtain sanitizer test strips.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • There is currently no pest monitoring. Even when pests are not evident a monitoring program is required. Place pest monitoring devices near food storage areas and check regularly. A sample pest monitoring record sheet will be provided with this report.
