      • Dilute so that the sanitizer is 100-200 ppm chlorine solution. Corrected during the inspection. Obtain test strips. Comments Handsink well equipped. All coolers =4°C, freezers =-18°C. No pest activity observed. Two-compartment sink and high temperature available dishwasher available >72°C rinse cycle. Temperature logs maintained. Note: Surface sanitizer (bleach) 1 tsp per litre of water (100-200 ppm). If dishwasher is unavailable, sanitize at 50-100 ppm.
