    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Kitchen- side exit door- the weather strip is missing from bottom edge of door.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 2. Universal washroom- soap and paper towel supply for this unit to be installed. -Temporary light for this washroom is too dim, replacement lighting will be brighter. 3. Main kitchen--Electrical panels by rear door- seal the gaps along the edges to the panel.-Mop closet- basin installed is 1 inch from the interior wall- contractor to install a flashing to prevent debris falling between-Floor unlevel by rear exit door- a threshold plate should be added here4. Basement storage room with walkin cooler/freezer- baseboard needed for painted dry wall (behind the prep table with sinks), painted white block wall and for bottom stair landing.
