- The handwashing sinks located in both bar areas, main and VIP bars, were not operational.- The grey water tanks were filled with fresh water instead of the freshwater tank. The issues were resolved during the inspection.

- Water system had not been set up. 2 mobiles were operating without being connected to water systems despite being aware of the requirements.- Only 3 mobiles were given approval to operate at this event as the event organizers were only able to connect 3 mobiles to the water system.

- Operators were not ready for inspection for 5:30pm on Friday, July 11th, 2025 after the event had already begun. EPH conducted 3 inspections - including an approximately 2-hour inspection prior to being able to issue an approval.
