    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The hand washing sinks at the bars were not supplied with water.Water must be available for hand washing. Back-up water was also not available to refill the sinks as needed.
    • 14. Does the special event vendor have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
      • Water system had not been set up. This system must be set up for inspection.
    • 21. Is refuse being managed in a suitable manner?
      • Garbage cans were not available for the portable washrooms/ hand sinks. Please add garbage cans.
    • 22. Is the temporary food establishment properly constructed, configured and maintained?
      • Operators requested PHI return at 1:00pm. At 1:00pm the event was still not set up to meet requirements for food handling.

      • Operators requested the inspection for 9:00am on Friday, July 11th, 2025. Upon arrival at 9:00am the event was not set up and not ready for inspection.

    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The handwashing sinks located in both bar areas, main and VIP bars, were not operational.- The grey water tanks were filled with fresh water instead of the freshwater tank. The issues were resolved during the inspection.
    • 14. Does the special event vendor have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
      • Water system had not been set up. 2 mobiles were operating without being connected to water systems despite being aware of the requirements.- Only 3 mobiles were given approval to operate at this event as the event organizers were only able to connect 3 mobiles to the water system.
    • 22. Is the temporary food establishment properly constructed, configured and maintained?
      • Operators were not ready for inspection for 5:30pm on Friday, July 11th, 2025 after the event had already begun. EPH conducted 3 inspections - including an approximately 2-hour inspection prior to being able to issue an approval.
