    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • 1. The concentration of buckets of Quat sanitizing solution in the facility was measured to be at 50ppm. Fresh buckets of 200ppm solution were prepared by the staff during inspection. Please ensure required 200ppm is maintained at all times. Use the test strips at the facility to measure/verify the concentration. 2. Used cleaning cloths were not being stored in a sanitizer solution. Cleaning cloths were observed on the front service counter. The staff stored the cloths inside a Quat sanitizing solution during inspection.Please ensure used cleaning cloths are always stored in a sanitizing solution when not in use.
