      • The cleaning cloths were not fully soaked in the sanitizer solution; they were hanging over the edge instead. - Add more sanitizer solution to the container, making sure it's filled higher, and always ensure that the cleaning cloths are completely submerged.
    • 05. Do food handlers refrain from handling food while ill and have acceptable attire and hygiene?
      • During the inspection, the inspectors observed that employees returning from breaks or entering the kitchen were not effectively practicing hand washing.- Staff should wash their hands before and after handling food, after using the restroom, touching raw food, handling garbage or cleaning, touching their face or body, coughing/sneezing, handling money, and when switching tasks or handling non-food items, using soap and water for at least 20 seconds to prevent contamination and maintain food safety.- Consistently emphasize the significance of proper hand hygiene to all staff members.- Place signs on doors or in noticeable areas to remind employees about hand hygiene practices.
