- The emergency light and outlet cover were removed for painting of the facility walls but have not been reinstalled in the bathroom. Install the light and outlet cover.

- The pool signage has been removed for painting but has not been reinstalled. Operator and GM noted that there will be a hotel brand change so existing signage will be replaced once the hotel completes the change. Operator and GM were advised at minimum the pool signage must be posted for compliance. Once signage is mounted provide photo to confirm compliance,
