- 15. Is reusable equipment handled and stored properly (Critical)?
- Clean, reusable eyebrow equipment, such as tweezers and scissors, were not observed being properly stored in a drawer and protected from potential sources of contamination. Please ensure that all reusable products are stored away.
- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- Intermediate level, Wahl disinfectant spray, was expired. It was observed that the spray was expired in 2023. Please replace the Wahl disinfectant spray. Using expired spray will lower the effectiveness of the product and may not be able to kill bacteria, fungi, viruses and tuberculous as advertised on the bottle.
