      • Quat disinfectant measured >500ppm. Ensure quat is mixed according to manufacturers instructions so that it is between 200-400ppm.

      • There was a shelf in SK2 that was tipping over/not structurally sound. Repair or remove shelf.
    • 29. Are washrooms / bathing facilities properly constructed, maintained and supplied (Non-Critical)?
      • There was no paper in the girls washroom. Ensure all washrooms are equipped with supplies.
