      • Formula 333 is used as disinfectant. There was a little jar filled out with a disinfectant product and staff was diluting the product onsite. There was no original bottle onsite, no expiry date of the product. Please make sure there is expiry date of the product is written on the jar filled out. Please also make sure original bottle picture is taken and available onsite, instruction of the product is also available onsite.

      • Black leather couch in room 185 material was peeling off. Please make sure it is replaced/ repaired.
