- The ledge in the corner by the back door in the Griffin room is peeling/heavily damaged.Please resurface and repaint the area so that it is easy to clean and in good repair.

- There are foam play blocks in the Parker and Griffin rooms that have teeth marks or are damaged.Please sort through the blocks and discard any damaged ones.

- 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
- Dirt observed under diapering mat in the 19 months-3 years old classroom.-Please clean and sanitize the mat and under the mat surfaces after each diapering procedure.
- 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
- Sanitizer solution, D10 with 10 minutes contact time, was available onsite, the concentration of the sanitizer was inadequate (there was no colour change with suitable test strips).-Operator was advised to prepare and use100ppm of bleach solution as classroom surface sanitizer.

- Children beddings were not properly labled with child name in baby room.-Please label all beddings with appropriate child's name in the indicated room.

- Children's jackets were observed packed together on a window ledge during the inspection.-Please ensure children's jackets are properly hung in their individual cubies to ensure proper separation of client items.

- The overhead, green canopies on the infant mats are not a washable, non-absorbent surface. To properly clean these items, they would have to be laundered.
- 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
- 1) Sleeping mats in the infant room were stored on the floor throughout the day. The infants crawl and/or play on all mats.-mats should be stored when not in use; infants shouldn't crawl and play on all mats as each child has their own dedicated mat for sleeping/napping.
