- No hot water at time of inspection. Staff was asked to discontinue food service until hot water tank was repaired.- Ensure hot and cold water is available at all times during operational hours if food service is provided.- PHI was later notified of hot water repair and hot water was verified to be back.

- A new dishwasher was installed without consulting district PHI. The table-top style dishwasher attaches to the tap in the sink for water. Domestic dishwashers require a sanitization cycle. Please do not use the dishwasher. Continue to use the 2-compartment sink method for dishwashing.Please submit information on dishwasher for approval if there is a sanitization cycle.
