      • The initial measured concentration of the chlorine sanitizer in the pail was only 50ppm. Solution was remade and retested concentration was acceptable (100ppm).
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • The valid onsite food handling permit was initially posted in a location that was not visible to the public. Operator reposted it in a location visible to the public.
