      • - Most recent water sample submitted satisfactory.- At time of review observed that hot water supply cannot me demand (point of use system) for the dish washing or handwashing sinks.- Requested that owners have the system accessed/repaired or changed out to hot water source that would meet unit demand.July 27/23 update - Hot water system confirmed incapable of maintaining sufficient capacity of hot water, owner advised to install hot water tank system to facilitate this.

      • - At time of review observed that range hood over grill may not meet requirements (too small for grill size, may not be adequately ventilated and no fire suppression system).- Request that new owners have a proper Fire Safety Codes Inspection conducted of this unit (Contact County Fire Safety Representative).- Also, at time of review information about waste water holding tank was not available, requested that owners provide size of waste water holding tank to local area inspector and have tank specifics noted in trailer.
