- The temporary handwashing station did not have soap. The event organizer had extra hand soap and provided it to the operator.

- The temperature of the top layer of the freezer was measured at 20 °C, and the refrigerator was measured at 8 °C. Food items (cooked meat and two containers of sauce) stored at the top of the freezer were removed after their internal temperature was measured at 21 °C and were not served to customers. The operator added ice to the cooling units.
