- 14. Does the mobile food vendor have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
- Water under pressure was not available due to the water pump breaking down. New pump on order. Facility had an adequate quantity of potable water in containers and a temporary handwash station set up sufficient for the event they were set up for. This is allowed for today only, the truck cannot be used for further events until the water pump is repaired.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- Pest monitoring was not implemented. Pest trap placed during inspection. Even if pests are not present, a monitoring program is required at all times.
