      • Ensure water heater is functioning by April 2, 2026. Comments Routine inspection conducted. Hand washing station is supplied with hand soap and paper towel. All coolers 4°C or less, all freezers -18°C or less, temperatures logs are monitored and kept on site. All foods are from approved sources and protected from contamination. Storage container is weather sealed and no signs of pest activity. Employee on site with Valid FoodSafe Level 1. Surface sanitizer measured 200ppm quats. Hot-holding units holding 60°C or more.
