- Paper towel replaced at time of inspection. Corrected. Comments Routine inspection conducted. Surface sanitizer measured at 100ppm, ensure to not add soap to surface sanitizer. Dishwasher had 50ppm chlorine residual, Environmental Health Officer will send 3-compartment sink dishwashing method poster for downstairs. Test strips available for testing chlorine residuals. Ensure to use daily logs for tracking dishwasher residuals and temperatures. Coolers and freezers are in temperature compliance. Ensure to not place coffee mugs on cloth, if they are moist, bacteria can grow. Upstairs and downstairs areas are clean and well organized. no signs of pest activity at time of inspection. Observed a couple electrical outlet cover plates in downstairs kitchenette are missing, ensure to cover.
