      • A bottle of an unknown chemical did not have a label. Product was discarded. Sanitizer labelling was hard to make out. Manager re-labelled sanitizer bottle.

      • High temperature dishwasher in kitchen measured 55C at rinse level.Glass bar dishwasher in bar measured 0 ppm of chlorine.Manager will contact dishwasher technician to come out to site. Do not use dishwashers until they have been repaired and are properly sanitizing dishware.

      • Chlorine test strips not available to measure bar chlorine in glassware dishwasher.
