- Prep zone for forming ground beef rounds for burgers is next to where blenders for shakes is prepared. Corrected during inspection. Counterspace around the area where shakes are prepared are not to be used for raw meat handling.

- Chicken prep cooler- air temperature @15 deg C in bottom cabinet. Chicken probed internally measured @ 8deg C (top insert unit) and @10.1 deg C (in bottom cabinet). All discarded onsite. ACTION- do not use this cooler until it is repaired and maintaining food temperatures at 4 deg C or lower.

- There was some standing water on the floor in the washroom, under the three compartment sink, by the floor drain by the back door and in the mechanical room. Staff stated that the water was from the flushing of the plumbing lines by the plumber.As instructed, clean and disinfect floors in the facility. Additionally, as reminded, if there is any backing up from sinks, toilets, floor drains the business must close.
