- A crop of lettuce immersed in water was stored right behind the hand sink tap fixture (handwash splash zone). A dry food scoop was stored in the bin with the handle touching the flour. The work cellphone was stored on the sandwich prep table. The cellphone was moved off the food contact surface and sanitized with bleach.*Keep lettuce stored in a manner protected from contamination.*Keep food scoops stored outside of the bin in a protected area.*Keep cellphones stored away from food contact surfaces.
