- Tapioca pearls for bubble tea were left out at room temperature without temperature or time track. Tapioca pearls were measured at 19.0 degrees C. Discarded during inspection. Store perishable food at 4 degrees C or below or use time track and discard them after 2 hours. For time track, please provide a digital timer to track the time.
