- A half box of moldy/rotten oranges were observed in walkin cooler.- The staff discarded the oranges during inspection.

- Two stools in kitchen were made up of raw wood.- Seal or paint the stools so that the stools are smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean.

- A mattress, blanket and a pillow were observed in a decommissioned walkin cooler used for sleeping purposes where dry food was stored.- Remove the sleeping arrangement from the facility.

- 1. A few eggs (8-9) were observed on the counter at 25C. The operator ststed that these were out on the shelf from a few hours.- The eggs were discarded. Keep the cold food below 4C and hot food above 60C.2.
