      • Garlic chili oil prepared in the facility was on display for sale missing labels.- Label the product with facility name, contact information and storage instructions (or provide lab test report as a proof for its shelf stability)
    • 03. Is all food in this facility fit for human consumption and not unwholesome, spoiled, or adulterated?
      • A half box of moldy/rotten oranges were observed in walkin cooler.- The staff discarded the oranges during inspection.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Two stools in kitchen were made up of raw wood.- Seal or paint the stools so that the stools are smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean.

      • A mattress, blanket and a pillow were observed in a decommissioned walkin cooler used for sleeping purposes where dry food was stored.- Remove the sleeping arrangement from the facility.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • 1. A few eggs (8-9) were observed on the counter at 25C. The operator ststed that these were out on the shelf from a few hours.- The eggs were discarded. Keep the cold food below 4C and hot food above 60C.2.
