      • Staff members were not using the high temperature/sanitizing cycle when using the dishwasher. During the inspection, staff were instructed to always use the high temperature cycle when running the dishwasher.

      • 1. The ventilation canopy had an accumulation of dust and debris. Please clean the ventilation canopy to prevent contamination of food items being prepared.2. The cabinet handle on the cabinet left of the 2-compartment sink was not properly secured. Please secure the handle.

      • Some of the plastic forks were chewed and stained. Please discard damaged forks and replace with new forks.
