- "Re-occurring violation"-Automatic sanitizer mix at the back kitchen was not pouring 200 ppm Quats. Action required/taken:-Please repair the automated sanitizer machine.-Meanwhile, staff was instructed to prepare the manual sanitizer for sanitizing the surfaces.
