- Steel shelves stored in the walk-in cooler were observed to be rusted. Rusted shelving surfaces are difficult to clean and sanitize and may flake or deteriorate over time.**Please look to replace shelving with rust-resistant, non-porous, food-grade materials that are smooth and easy to clean.

- The most recent bacteriological water sample was submitted in January 2024. The conditions of your food handling permit require submitting monthly bacteriological water samples. A bacteriological water sample was taken during this inspection and submitted on your behalf. Ensure that a water sample is submitted at least once per month to verify the potibility of water used in this facility.
